1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using RTAAC Suite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software.

2. License Grant

Audiomillo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-seat license to use RTAAC Suite on one Mac computer. The license is hardware-locked to your specific device.

You may not: sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or distribute the software; modify or make derivative works based on the software; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

3. License Validation

RTAAC Suite requires periodic online validation. A 7-day offline grace period is provided for situations without internet connectivity. Tampering with or circumventing the license validation system will result in license termination.

4. Updates and Support

Your license includes free software updates for one year from the date of purchase. Email support is provided during the license period. After one year, you may continue using your current version or purchase an update subscription.

5. License Transfer

To transfer your license to a new Mac, contact Audiomillo support. We will deactivate the license on your old device and allow activation on your new device. License transfers are limited to reasonable hardware upgrade scenarios.

6. Measurement Accuracy

RTAAC Suite is designed to meet professional measurement standards when used with properly calibrated equipment. Actual measurement accuracy depends on your audio interface, microphone, calibration, and environmental conditions. Audiomillo is not responsible for measurement errors or decisions made based on RTAAC Suite measurements.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

RTAAC Suite is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Audiomillo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Audiomillo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of RTAAC Suite. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

9. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with RTAAC Suite, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Your license will be deactivated upon refund.

10. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete all copies. Sections regarding disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law survive termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RTAAC Suite after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
