How do I activate my license?
After purchase, you'll receive a license key via email. Open RTAAC Suite, go to Preferences > License, and enter your license key. The app will validate online and activate automatically.
Can I use RTAAC Suite offline?
Yes. After initial activation, RTAAC Suite includes a 7-day offline grace period. When you reconnect to the internet, the license will automatically re-validate.
How do I transfer my license to a new Mac?
Contact support@audiomillo.com with your license key and the reason for transfer. We'll deactivate the old device and provide instructions for activating on your new Mac.
What microphone should I use?
For professional measurements, we recommend a calibrated measurement microphone (such as those from Earthworks, Beyerdynamic, or miniDSP). RTAAC Suite also works with any Core Audio compatible input for general testing.
How do I calibrate my microphone?
Go to Preferences > Calibration. Use a 94 dB or 114 dB calibrator, position your microphone, and follow the on-screen instructions. You can save multiple calibration profiles for different microphones.
Why are my measurements different from expected values?
Ensure your microphone is properly calibrated, your audio interface gain is set correctly, and you're using the appropriate frequency and time weighting for your measurement type. Check that no other apps are using the audio input.
How do I generate a PDF report?
After running tests with the Test Wizard, click 'Generate Report'. Customize the report settings (title, company branding, sections to include) and click 'Export PDF'.
Can I add my company logo to reports?
Yes. Go to Preferences > White Label, upload your logo, and enter your company details. This information will appear on all generated PDF reports.
